Veraniqo provides tools for analyzing complex technology opportunities and generating business-case, evidence, strategy, and presentation outputs. Outputs require human review before use.

Your materials

You retain rights in materials you submit. You represent that you are authorized to submit them for processing.

Output responsibility

Veraniqo may identify facts, targets, assumptions, and missing inputs, but users remain responsible for validating all customer-facing claims, financial figures, performance claims, timelines, and recommendations.

Proprietary rights

Veraniqo, the Veraniqo Evidence Framework™, Veraniqo Signal™, software, designs, scoring logic, prompt architecture, classification logic, workflows, templates, and related methods are proprietary to Veraniqo or its licensors except where otherwise stated.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, extract, reproduce, disclose, benchmark for competitive replication, or use the service or outputs to build a substantially similar competing product or methodology, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

No warranties

The beta service is provided as-is. Veraniqo does not guarantee deal outcomes, financial returns, accuracy of third-party source material, or uninterrupted availability.
